FIFA Football Agent Regulations
The change to intermediary regulations looks set to take place around October 2023 although that may change and become delayed.
It will be interesting to note how the domestic regulations will be implemented by the English FA and how other Football Associations will deal with that. Each domestic member association is required to implement the intermediary regulations by no later than the 3rd of September 2023.
It will be interesting to see the reaction from European Football Agents Association (EFAA) view these new changes and become involved in greater detail in these activities having left them for so many years unregulated.
